Laura Weinstein-Berman, AIA, LEED AP BD+C

Mrs. Weinstein-Berman is a real estate developer and licensed architect, as well as a LEED AP BD+C, with leadership experience overseeing more than $300 million in community-based real estate investment and development. Her work focuses on sustainable mixed-use development, historic preservation, and real estate investments that strengthen resilient communities through Smart Growth principles. Based in Miami Beach, Florida, she is honored to lead and contribute to development projects of social, historic, and economic significance at the local, state, and federal levels.

She is a civic engagement advocate and currently serves on the City of Miami Beach Historic Preservation Board. She graduated from Columbia University in the City of New York with the Faculty Thesis Award, earning a Master of Science in Historic Preservation with coursework in Real Estate Development and Finance at the Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation. She also holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami, with a minor in Art History, graduating with Honors.
