The eight-story development will feature 143 modern workforce housing residences and 189 structured parking spaces, providing high-quality housing options for Miami's essential workforce while supporting the neighborhood's continued growth. Residents will enjoy an exceptional collection of amenities, including a rooftop pool and fitness center with sweeping views of the Miami skyline. At street level, a juice bar and healthy dining concept will activate the public realm, offering nutritious food options and creating a welcoming gathering place for both residents and neighbors.
